Can developers see your name and address when you buy a tweak in Cydia via Amazon or Paypal?

If you use PayPal to pay someone can they see your name or address if you provide it for shipping?
Same thing when you use PayPal to purchase from cydia.

Do you know if VISA prepaid gift cards can be used for either source of payment?

I believe with PayPal you can link a prepaid visa and use it for purchases.
Not sure about Amazon payments. Maybe someone else knows.

You can load funds into PayPal and use it that way.
Many Visa gift cards (not store gift cards) can be cashed out at your bank.
I do it all the time for refunds and rebates where it comes on a gift card
