As far as I know, there are 3 ways:
Credit card
iTunes credit
Rental credit
Can I always choose which of these to use each time I rent a movie, or does Apple try to choose for me? For example, there is a movie I'd like to rent currently going for $0.99. I have rental credits available, but those are worth up to $4.99 so I do not want to waste one on this rental.
