Payment page for a free upgrade

So I go to the up-to-date page, it takes my serial number, and now it's taken me to a page where it tells me to enter details for a payment method where it gives me this...

Estimated Total:$0.00

Is there any way around this or do I have to enter credit card info to get my free upgrade?
