I'm not sure if this is the right forum or not. I got an email from Apple that my payment was returned by my bank, and to check the bank information. I logged in and verifiied that it is correct with my bank on the phone. My bank did not know why it was returned and had no record of the payment attempt. I'd like to contact Apple by phone or email. They don't seem to make it very easy. I have spent quite a long time on the iTunes connect site and can't find a phone number or email address anywhere. The contact us link just links to a form based FAQ section.
