I think this would apply to all of the AlBooks, as I think that they all have the same keyboard. I just got a new 12" PB, and I love it (slight buyers remorse over today's iBook announcment, as this computer is only 3 days old, but I'm over that). The problem is that the comma keycap keeps popping partially off. I am a very hard and fast typist, so even though I can pop it back in, that doesn't solve the problem.

Is this a common problem? Does anyone know if there is any solution other than getting a new keyboard for the machine? Given that the computer is less than 3-days old, and I bought it from the local Apple store, what are the odds of getting it exchanged (rather than repaired)?

Many thanks!

i had a similar problem with my T key.
one of the little plastic tabs on the bottom of the key was broken.
apple wanted to replace the whole damn keyboard.
luckily i had my friend who works and an authorized repair place bring me my new keyboard and i just switched the keys.
and now i have a backup keyboard incase of disaster
