PB Watch OS7 Battery Drain?

Before installing PB Watch oS7, I’d get typically 2 days of battery. Since installing the beta, I’m getting about 24 hours at best. Not complainig, it’s a beta, but just curious is anyone else is experiencing this. I did reboot the watch but that’s didn’t fix it.

I have been getting the same as WatchOS 6.2.8 which has been anywhere from 14 - 18 hours, depending on type of usage involved.

Apple only rates the watch for 18 hours, if I am not mistaken.

I have noticed a decrease in battery life on my S5. I was ending the day at roughly 50% on watchOS 6. With the current beta, I am ending around 40%. So, not as bad as what the OP is seeing but definitely a noticeable drop.

With the last beta (DB5) the battery loss is awful. I'm losing 1% every 2 minutes. Four times that if I try to run with it.

I got a S5 with AOD on and end a day at roughly 30%. It could definitely be better but I suppose it could also be much worse.

It will take a day or two for the watch to get back to good battery after an update.

My Series 3 can usually end the day at around 40% after having the beta installed for roughly a week. Give it a day or two to finish indexing before you judge the battery life.

Thanks, but actually it was getting progressively worse. Yesterday morning I only got 2 hours of battery before it shut down.

I reset it in the afternoon and it has been behaving properly since then. I'm at 89% right now after 5 hours.

maybe there is a problem I have S5 watch but it is only working 10-12 hours than previous
