Hi guys, I'm trying to help a friend. Her PB wont go past the grey screen. It's been this way since she tried updating iTunes and QT. Reseting the PMU didnt work so now I'm trying to boot up from her disc. But the only problem is there is already a cd in there and it wont come out... Any suggestions?
