PB3 and Apps Updating in iTunes

iPad Air 2 on iOS 9 PB3, iTunes 12.2.2.25.

Apps don't update when synced with iTunes. Searched here and googled the issue, didn't find any suggestions that worked.

Does anyone else have this issue? Did you find a solution?

Same issue, no solution. One of the few reasons I'm really hoping for a beta 6 :/

Odd, because although I can't prove it I would swear that it worked in PB1 and PB2.
