well make sure you get SP2 when it get out to the general public. I got it on my box and pretty much it impovement all around. The OS now uses less ram and less VM. Is a little faster (it will be more noticble on a slower computer like your laptop) and chances are you dont have a firewall running on your computer which ALL computer need (including macs) and it will give you some type of firewall. The windows firewall is turned off on mine because I have nortain firewall. Windows is still happy since I am running a firewall.

Your first mistake was saying how PCs are better. You where just asking for it then.

I suggest you get an emachine with lindows from walmart, then you can use their customer service and eat a burger and fries from Micky D's while you shop for a new mouse.
