PC using question for a coworker

I have a quick question for a PC using coworker. If said coworker has a PC laptop can she download videos to the laptop via iTunes and transfer to an Apple TV? She does not have high speed access at home but does elsewhere (various hotspots about town). Can she rent movies this way as well?

According to this, the Apple TV can be used via a Windows PC.

If renting is possible via iTunes on Mac OS X and the transfer to an Apple TV, then the same should apply here.

Awesome. I was not even sure if I bought an Apple TV for myself if I could do the same thing and I have a MacBook!
