PCI-e card with support for 4 displays?

Is there a graphics card available for the Mac Pro that can handle 3 or 4 displays? No 3D needed. Preferably DVI.
 
Assuming you want separate desktops and such on each monitor. In OS X you must use at least 2 video cards. For Windows you can use the ATI Radeon HD 5870 Eyefinity 6.
