No.

You need to look for a PCI-e replacement for the card, or a Firewire solution.

The only option I can think of is expensive, and that's a PCI-Express PCI expansion system http://www.mobl.com/expansion/products/pcie_expansion/index.html . It would be alot cheaper to find a PCI-Express card replacement for the PCI card.

Well that's 1/4 to 1/5th the cost of the external chassis option (Magma et all)

I've bought graphic card upgrades more expensive than that.
