PCIE Card Recommendations for 5,1

I'm about to pull the trigger on a M.2 PCIE drive so I will lose one of our beloved PCIE slots.

Are there any cards that combine USB C / USB 3.0 or USB C/ ESata

I only use 1 ESATA cable, 1 USB C cable, and 3 USB 3.0 cables.

Right now I have
Slot 1) GPU
Slot 2) ESATA card
Slot 3) USB C
Slot 4) 4 slot USB 3.0.

I have seen that card but it sold out in the US and I asked the store they said they don't think they'll make more.

No, this a SATA M2 adapter. Samsung M2 blades are PCIe. Read the Blade SSDs - NVMe & AHCI thread.
