Are there any PCIE upgrade hard drives available yet that are similar to the Transcend drives available for the pre-PCIE Macbook Pros/Airs? If not, any idea when they may be available?

Nope, and we probably won't see any. It's been more than a year since the PCIe SSDs were released already.
