PC's reading Mac OS Extended (Journaled)

I recently formatted a hard drive in Mac OS Extended (Journalized).

I've heard that there is a way to make windows be able to read this. Does anyone have any informatino about that?

Search for a program called 'MacDrive'. It works quite nicely.
