They received my iPod Touch on 6/10. I have emailed them 5-6 times. I received one response a week after I sent it in appologizing for it taking so long. I have not had a response to any of my emails since that date. I sent a formal complaint to the State Attorney General of TX.

Please do the same if you have f'd over by these jerks. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my iPod back and if I do, I wonder if they'll swap out the working parts for non-working parts.

DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR IPHONE!!!!

Please post your story if you've had issues with this company. I'm headed to the BBB next.

why didn't you take it to an apple retail store, even if it isn't warrantee, they will still get it fixed for you?

Strange. They are about 3 miles from my house. My friends and coworkers have been using them for broken glass issues with a 1 day turn around.
