===============================
Apple Mac Pro Mid 2010 Mid 2012 Technician Guide Service Manual [pdf. 2012/06/11]
===============================

Is this service manual available? I see it only referenced here and of course the User Guide & macpro_mid2010_ug.pdf (please don't reply pointing to this pdf as the only macpro5,1 manual or genuine mid 2012 service manual).

If you have this manual, you'll know it; If you assume you do, you most likely do not.
I understand most assume the specs between the mid2010/2012 (service manual) & macpro_mid2010.pdf (user guide) are negligible, but the 5,1 block diagram does not appear to be same (that's the specific illustration I am in need of here).

Thanks in advance

I downloaded the 20120611 updated PDF and the MP5,1 ASD files some time ago from a Russian site, I have it somewhere in my backups. I’ll take a look.
@crjackson2134 downloaded it too at the same file, maybe he have it easier.

Still looking for the newer one. Mine was older... Sorry :(
I know of at least three revisions of the Apple Technician Guide for the MP5,1. The older one is the one that everyone has and is hosted at tim.id.au, then there are a newer one with Mac Pro Server added and the last one is the one from the first post, that I found in a FTP site when trying to find the ASD 3S159 files.

I have it somewhere in my drives.

Last year I sent a link of the updated Apple Technician Guide
Mac Pro (Mid 2010) and Mac Pro Server (Mid 2010) 2010-12-06
to @crjackson2134 that now stopped working, but was saved by the Internet Archive. :)

It's the second most recent version of the guide, tim.id.au version is the first one,
Apple Technician Guide Mac Pro (Mid 2010) 2010-08-31, and don't have the Server model.

The newest one have the mid-2012 models, I have to find it.
lol, thanks man. Have snapped that up immediately.

Might download that later, (if Apple haven't struck it down). But Fifty. Two. Gigabytes. Wow!!

Jeez.

Also, I couldn't find the one for the Mac Pro 4,1 (or 5,1) in there. Are they "universal"?

EDIT: nevermind, my russian is crap.

EDIT 2: what should I get for my 4,1>5,1? The 5.1 one or the 4.1?

Ok. Gotta come clean. Been looking at your message trying to work out what those last two words are meaning. Still drawing a blank.
Gonna need some help.
This is a premium paid service mostly for Kodi streaming but also for downloads like this. What it does is it gets the source in 5-10 minutes and then you can download it from the server at your convenience with very high speed.
