PDF Converter or Scanner Pro and Printer Pro

Hello, I am going to order PDF Expert. I noticed that for the same price, I could get PDF Converter in addition to PDF Expert. For less than $1, I could get the Readdle Productivity Pack which includes Scanner Pro and Printer Pro in addition to PDF Expert. I think some camera app includes scanner functionality already. I don't know about the iOS version of MS apps but at least on the Mac, I could save to pdf from Words. So, I wonder if PDF Converter is useful. Which package do you recommend?

Word for iOS needs Internet connection to convert to PDF. Scanner Pro has additional features over classic camera, like recognizing borders of paper and OCR. PDF Expert itself cannot convert files to PDF format.

I purchased the Readdle Pack a while back. I have only used Scanner Pro and Printer Pro so far. Both seem to work very well.
