Seems like there are a lot of good discussions on PDF viewers/annotators, but not too many on PDF apps where you can also fill out forms. Some PDFs have editable fields and the popular PDF apps don't seem to have the feature to edit them.

One app I have found, but haven't used, is PDF Expert by Readdle.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Sign and send is just a reader. Or at least I couldn't find where it says it supports form filling and I couldn't figure out where in the app you could fill a form out.

PDF Expert works very well in filling out forms. GoodReader has only worked sometimes in this regard, it doesn't always recognize every PDF's content as form-fillable. I'd say PDF Expert is worth the $10... or w.e it is now.
