PDF from a mac

I wonder if anyone here has used another O/S to receive a mac PDF of several pages? The reason I ask is I have just been sent some individual documents and I'm going to combine them in 1 PDF but I wondered if I did this and sent the PDF with several documents in , if, a Windows or Linux computer could o[pen the PDF easy enough. Can you please help?

Sorry I think I may have worded the question wrong . I have only put the documents into a PDF but I want to know if i send the documents as a pdf . There are 6 documents. If they can be open on a Windows or Linux PC

.PDF is a cross-platform file type (as most are in 2016). It will open fine, provided the unser has the proper software installed. Adobe makes Reader for Windows and Linux, so it should not be a problem.

.PDF is proprietary through Adobe (not an OS), so you should be good.
