PDF help

I made some PDF's and uploaded them to dropbox.

I made some annotations in a text box. Well some of the annotations need to be revised. I can't figure a way out to edit them. I originally used Preview on the existing PDF. Can someone help me out please?!

Edit the annotations with the same application that you used to create them in the first place.
