iPad PDF Highlighting App ?

Hi guys

I read books, documents and articles in PDF on IPad mini 7.1.2
I have not found any app which highlights the text and then saves the pdf (like Foxit business does on windows PC). Any recommendations please?

GoodNotes exports highlighted documents as pdf.

Looks like most of these good apps dont work on iOS 7.1.2 !!

And why should anyone suggest an app to you...a pirate who would only install a cracked copy instead of paying for it!

i use PDF Reader, it can do some simple annotations and editing

but it requires facebook account to log in, it's a little bit annoying
