PDF Markup & Signatures applications

I'm very excited about the iPad, and can see many uses for it in my personal and business life.

For my business life, I'd love to see the ability to markup pdfs with notes and annotations, and to present forms and contracts for signature right on the device. If Apple provided an iPad optimized version of Preview I'd be set, but if not I'd love to see this app developed for the iPad.

Someone DID point me to one that is recently out - i'd love to find someone that is using it to know how it works.

Earthlink isn't my normal thought of a developer for something like this. There is another one (which you can find in the thread i have over there), but that requires you sending your files TO them to process for the text areas.

I think this Earthlink one might do all *I* want, but I just don't have $5 to test it right now.

But I want/need the same thing.... badly!
