I must be doing something wrong. I received a PDF and saved it to the Files App, then I marked up several pages with the Markup tool. Some markups are with the writing tool. Some are inserted text (+). Then Hit done. Reopen in the File App, and some Markups are there and some are not.
Start over. Same thing. No rhyme or reason to which Markups stick and which disappear. Has anyone else encountered this problem and figured it out? I have tried web search for answers but to no avail.
