PDF performance in Safari

Did anyone notice that PDF in Safari is much more sluggish in ML than in Lion? When a PDF is displaying, moving mouse cursor over the PDF is not continuous and scrolling in the PDF is not smooth at all.

I did an upgrade from Lion, can someone with clean install have a try?
