Also, there's the free Acrobat Reader: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ ...or it's bigger (not free) brother: https://acrobat.adobe.com/uk/en/products/acrobat-pro.html If you've tried those and they're not meeting your requirements, let us know what you need and I'm sure folks will be able to make better recommendations based on that info.
