Pdf reader that syncs between devices?

I am wondering if there is a PDF reader that syncs bookmarks between my mac and my iPhone.

I love foxit on my iPhone (the function for cropping the view of the pages is a life saver on such a small screen), but It does not sync bookmarks with my mac.
Does exist something similar?

Maybe PDF Expert by Readdle for both iOS and OS X. But I'm not sure if it sync bookmarks, but it should. I'm not at Mac now, but if nobody found, I can test it for you later.

But both apps are paid, so careful, wait for reviews if your needs are satisfied.

Thanks, I cannot understand from their site if bookmarks sync or not... If you can do a little test would be awesome!
