Hey, this is nothing new, but I just wanted to verify if other people experience this too. Ever since I upgraded to Leopard over a year ago, PDFs scroll like **** from the trackpad, both in Preview and in Safari. They scroll painfully slow, and then suddenly jump to way too fast. I don't understand why they don't just scroll naturally like everything else in the OS. They used to scroll fine in Tiger.

They scroll just fine and smooth with my Unibody. Have you tried messing with the scroll speed in your trackpad/mouse system preferences?

Are you talking about multi-page documents? My machine used to jump at the page breaks, which was incredibly annoying. I can't remember how I turned it off though, maybe smooth scrolling?

View->PDF Display->Single page continuous. Should make it a lot smoother.

I've got that on already

I don't think that would be it, cuz it's only for PDFs. Everything else scrolls naturally.
