PDF signing

Has anyone else had the problem in iOS 10 that where you sign PDF documents in emails it no longer works? It doesn't put my signature where I place it but leaves just a small version at the bottom of the doc. Always worked before...

Seems to work fine for me on 10.3B7.
Have you tried to remove it and create it again ?

Why not try the Adobe app? It's free, and was designed for this.
