iPhone 5 or earlier PDF

I am trying to transfer a PDF from my laptop desktop to my iPhone. I right click and say send to mail recipient and the email does not come in my iPhone. I said I wanted my google account to be in sync with Acrobat reader and nothing works. I have been at this for 2 hours and nothing works, I really need your help

Try opening email on your laptop and choosing the PDF you want to send and add it as an attachment, rather than allowing Adobe to send it.
