Pebble Fixed in iOS 8 Beta 4

Since updating to beta 4 my pebble now works correctly. The BTLE connection is now stable and passes notifications correctly as it does on iOS7.

After restarting my Pebble, it's working for me too. However, I've had this luck with previous betas and it eventually failed. Hoping it doesn't happen this time!
