I have had the Pedometer ++ App installed on my Apple Watch since I got it back in January and it has been working fine. Suddenly it just disappeared off my watch face yesterday in the middle of the day (so wasn't charging or updating.) The App is still on my phone, but it is no longer listed as a Complication in My Watch. And I can't seem to add it back in. I have restarted both my watch and phone a number of times! I know I could potentially uninstall and reinstall the app, but really didn't want to lose all my data!

Any ideas or solutions?

Thanks : )

Yes I have. The App is on my phone, but not listed under Complications any more (on my phone), so no way to add it.

Well, phooey. Sorry, it might be time to wipe and start over. Tedious, I know. (Did it twice myself last Friday because Verizon wouldn't connect properly.)

i haven’t tried yet. Been working all weekend and haven’t had a chance yet! Will try this week :)

Just posting in this thread as I'm experiencing what appears to be the same or a similar issue.

I have an original series(0?) Apple Watch, and months ago the Pedometer++ complication disappeared from my watch. I finally decided to look into it today because I miss the app. The app is still on my phone but is no longer on my watch, nor is it in the list of apps available to install on my watch.

I'm thinking perhaps my watch is simply no longer supported by Pedometer++, but my phone still is (XS Max). Not sure if my location (Australia) makes any difference. It's not unusual for us to not get some apps/features in our geography, but given I used to have the app on my watch I figured my location is irrelevant.
