Peek drag up lag - Messages - iPhone 6S?

Anyone else notice this? If you do the same in mail and drag up its fine. However with messages its jerky?

I noticed this. However, it didn't do that on all my messages. It only did it when there were lots of messages to load. I tried it on one contact where I had two conversations in total and it was fine.

Not really, though having your having link/picture etc at bototm of screen really makes the swipe up after peeping much easier

I had very bad lag with this feature running iOS 9.01 but don't have any lag now on iOS 9.1 beta. Very smooth.

Woahh didn't even notice how bad it was until you pointed it out. Hopefully 9.1 will solve the lag issues

Just tried it. Fairly choppy on threads with text only. Threads with pictures or animated emojis (from Apple Watch) are nice and smooth.
Odd bug.
