Anyone with experiences using Peel's previous case?

https://buypeel.com/products/super-thin-iphone-7-case

The case looks awesome, but not sure about quality and whether it actually offers some protection or not.

I think Peel is supposed to be a solid company but you'll be paying $25 for a super thin case that is identical to what Shumuri/Caudabe make. You can also get them on ebay for $0.99-$2 usually. I'm sure Peel has better QC but it's a pretty massive mark-up to pay.

spigen's airskin is the same thing for $19 vs $22 (with promo).

spigen: 0.36mm
peel: 0.35mm

the only protection these cases provide is scratch protection of the back/sides while maintaining a see through look and honestly being the only case out there that makes it appear you haven't made the iPhone larger. they are beautiful but don't think for a second this provides drop protection or the like.

i just came across this case and it sure looks great but i dont know how grippy the material is when you hold it, it looks like its some sort of a frosty material that might slide out of my hands when i hold it sort of thing, the price is fine IMO but im not sure about the material the case is made of.

Another thing i cant tell from the photos is if the bottom is exposed like the official apple leather cases or if its an all around protection

It makes it grippy and safe from scratches. I went through several of them in less than a year on my iPhone 6S Plus. Crack from dropping, corner tearing, and general stretching after a couple of months. There's no real alternative so I think buying several cheap ones and swapping them every two months is the way to go.

thats not good to hear, i ordered a spigen Liquid Armor case instead and that is what i am going to use on my iPhone 7 Plus jet black

Are there any cases like this that are super thin but come in clear? Anyone know how this or the Caudabe Veil XT frost case look with the Jet Black?

I ordered the Caudabe Veil XT in frost for my jet black 7 plus. Case is perfect on my 6 plus and their customer service is awesome.

Al these cases stretch over time. Annoying as hell. I'll be looking for something different this time around

Had a Caudabe Veil XT on my 6S for 7 months. Never had any stretching issue. Very nice minimalist case.

I like how it has exact cutouts for each and every opening (including the speaker grill / holes along the bottom edge).

Oh yeah? Like would they replace the case if it stretches / breaks? Even if you buy it on Amazon? I'm interested in a very thin case, but want one with screen lip protection. Does the Veil XT have a lip?

I dropped the phone about 2 weeks after I received the case and the corner cracked. They emailed to follow up and see what I thought and when I told them it broke they sent me a new one a few days later.

Yeah, Caudabe customer service is awesome. I'm a Samsung guy now for my daily driver, but I've had Caudabe Veils on my phone for several generations (before switching to the Sheath, which I liked better than the Veil). I just ordered a rose gold over the weekend for my wife's iPhone 7. Their product description for the Veil iPhone 7 says they've added a new texture that provides more grip. Curious to see what it's like as the semi-slippery-ness of the Veil was the only thing I wasn't that hot on.

How does the frost look on the jet black? Was thinking about ordering one. Can you post up a picture?
