For the first time in my life I did not read the documentation on my new R6 raid and all the drives are now showing up dead and offline. They cannot be dead as it was working ok when I turned it on and before I started messing with it.

Oh how I wish for a reset button that I can push in with a paperclip.

Any help in bringing the drives back online would be appreciated.

I have contacted Pegasus support and am waiting. I have looked at the manual and it says a dead drive is a dead drive which is as much help as your comment about reading the documentation that is why I am here asking a question.

    ----------

Yes the utility is installed and updated

With all due respect to you and consideration to brand, you have not asked any questions. You merely stated your predicament ambiguously, "I started messing with my expensive RAID unit, yadda-yadda-yadda, it don't work no more!"

So lets back up. What did you do that constituted "messing with it"? Do not leave out any of the gory details. No matter how negligent or embarrassing. :D
