Pencil 2 Battery Life with M2 iPad Pro

Has anyone else with the M2 iPad Pro seen their Pencil 2 battery life drop DRAMATICALLY?? Is Hover killing my Pencil battery? I work 9-5 and pretty much live in OneNote for work; notes, meeting minutes, to dos, etc. With my M1 iPad 11, I would get a day and half, or two days of battery life with my Pencil. I've noticed over the last couple of days, when I attach my Pencil, the battery in low, down in the 20-30% range, today, around 1:30-2pm, it was fully dead.

Anyone else seeing this too?
