Penryn Battery Life?

What are You Guy's Real Life Experiences. Trying To Decide Between MB,M1330,M1530,Or Mayby Asus F8 (2.53Ghz + 3650 for 1400 but only 2hrs...)

What do you get under low end useage + Low Screen Brightness (Like Lowest/25%)

Also do you know how a refurb MBP Would Compare?

Apple claims that the Penryn Model lasts 4-5 hours depending on 15.4 or 17 inch's, from experience the screen dims as it gets a low battery to save some battery and when you plug it into a charger the screen turns up, apple will probably gain or loose battery life in the new Macbook Pros, it all depends.

After six months of use, I'm getting 3-4 hours on my Penryn MBP 15".

I still get five to six hours after two months, working with text only of course.
Display brightness set to maybe 15-20%, sometimes higher depending on the light.

I commonly get about 4 with wifi on and screen at or below 25%.
