Only when I go out shopping or for a meal out. Been caught a couple of times with wireless payment gone down.

Ever since the apple wallet came out, I’ve switch to exclusively using magsafe wallets. Haven’t had a normal bi-fold wallet since. I’d say im at a solid 12 magsafe wallets and just cycle through them or keep one in the car if for some rare reason i need more than 2-3 cards

I use one. I wish Apple made one that fit the Pro Max better. The wallet fits the Pro very well.

I agree: the wallet fits very well with the Pro. And it was perfect with 12/13 mini. With my 14 PM it seems always a little bit “uncomfortable”. At the same time, my Montblanc black leather wallet claims to be used 😂

I only used it for a couple of months. Even though it's pretty thin, it still made the phone too thick with a case imo. 15 pro, small hands

I stopped using it because it only holds two cards. That means one credit card plus ID. If they make one that holds four cards it’s an instant buy for me. One credit card for everyday use doesn’t work for me

I dumpemy a traditional wallet upon the ian ntroduction of the MagSafe wallet l. I use either Apple wallet on my phone (for credit cards/Apple Pay) and/or the MagSafe wallet for ID cards and one credit card for navigating non-ApplePay restaurants//stores/fuel stations.

I still use mine daily. I do need to get a new one, though, because my current one has a lot of wear and tear.

Use one occasionally. Keep drivers license, credit card, and medical insurance card in it. Very handy when going quickly to the store or out to a bar.

Use the first leather one. showing its age, but I keep saying im going to try to find a leather one with find my, but haven’t done it yet.

With mine I can use 3 cards and one 50€. But the cards need to be “slim” and without embossed numbers. After some weeks the wallet became softer and the cards were easier to remove.

I've never used one because I don’t want to risk losing my cards and ID.

However, I recently started using a MOFT Snap Flow MagSafe notepad and pen. It's really nice not to have to hunt around to find a pen and paper any more. Note: I could theoretically carry a card or two in the Snap Flow, but I'm still concerned about losing them in the case of inadvertent detachment.

I don't carry a wallet anymore. I haven't carried cash in over 10 years, and my cards are going away one by one. Bank cards went away after I started using Apple Pay. My bank allows cardless cash withdrawals from ATMs as well, so I don't need to carry a card in the off chance I need to withdraw cash. My work security access card became digital, my drivers license has recently become digital, and the last card I carry is a public transport card.

The public transport card is due to be replaced by a digital system in the next year or so as well, but since it's the last card I carry, I just carry it in my pocket.

here's a question...

When your card(s) are ono the back of the phone in a MagSafe wallet.... what if you are intentionally trying to pay with ApplePay and the card machine happens to pick up the RFID chip in the card first, rather than the Apple Pay card you intended to use?

I occasionally use mine when I go out to eat or shop. It's been handy on some occasions, but I find that the wireless payment options are getting more reliable, so I don't always need to use the wallet.

I have a much larger 'Magsafe Rucksack' as my son calls it that I keep my work ID in and a few other odds and sods which is useful to have on my person at work.

I just wish somebody would have gone further with magsafe accessories. Some sort of Yale Key that slides out of a flat back panel for example to save me taking my bulky keys on a night out or even a full set of Airpods in a slimmer case you just chuck on the back of your phone.

If it detaches from your phone, its last location (i.e., point at which it detached) will be revealed in "find my".

That said, in 2 years I've never had my wallet accidentally detach.

Not in and around London - with all the phone snatching thefts in London at the moment, you don't want your wallet going with it!
