People with 25,000+ songs... What are you doing to use iCloud Music Library?

I understand the limit isn't being increased to 100,000 songs until iOS9.

But what are people who are using Apple Music with 25,000+ songs doing? I can't even manually sync songs onto my iPhone with iCML enabled on my phone (turning it off deletes all my iCML songs).
