Bit of an odd request here, but I'm searching for a good flash drive.

My old Sandisk Micro Cruzer is getting a bit worn, so I've decided to replace it. I considered getting another portable hard drive, but too often I find I just prefer flash drives for their convenience.

My question, however, is which flash drive is the best? I know, this may be a bit about personal opinion, but here are some things I'm looking at:

-speed
-cap-less design
-8-16GB

I'm half tempted to just buy a new Micro Cruzer, but I keep thinking something better exists. Anyone care to share their input? I'm hoping to "Newegg" one this week, looking to spend $25-30.

Thanks for any help,

-Dan

I have one of the early Cruzer Titaniums, and love it. It's been through the wash, the dryer, stepped on, etc, and is still lovely.

The fastest I know of in USB is the CORSAIR Flash Voyager GT, but it has a cap.

Faster than that is an eSATA stick.
