Anything worth upgrading to current iOS and using jailbreakme? iPad works perfect for what I use it for now. It is a tethered JB but I never let battery drain all the way. Maybe once a month. Thoughts opinions?

At least open up tinyumbrella or cydia and save your SHSH's for 4.3.3 so you can decide to JB later by deliberating loading a 4.3.3 IPSW into iTunes10

If I were you, I would get off this tethered jailbreak and upgrade to an untethered one...
But if there are no problems for you with this kind of jailbreak, I'll say: "Never touch a running system" 😉
