A Mac on our network was pulling half the bandwidth this morning. I know almost nothing about a Mac. I was able to find the activity monitor to see what was going on at the current time. My Question - Does is it keep a log of this somewhere? I need to see what was going on this morning?

Thank you for any assistance!

Not that I'm aware of... Slow speeds can mean a variety of things: lots of traffic (site server or local network) a bottleneck (a slow piece of software) and a massive cache. If this was a one time thing I would guess it was traffic. A good place to look for logs would be with your ISP or a firewall log ( <-maybe? dunno).
