Hello i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on purchasing a peripheral for my new 24" imac 3ghz,

that acts as a tv tuner card and also somthing that i can plug my scart connected dvd player and maybe also my xbox 360 into
so i can use my new mac as a replacment for my old tv?

Any advice would be a bonus!
thanks

I love EyeTV! I have 2 of them and I'll guarentee you won't be dissapointed. I've used a lot of tuners in the past for Windows and even Linux and this blows them away.

Hehe, I bought 2 so I can record and watch at the same time. I use my laptop hooked up to a monitor to replace my TV. One day I'll get a mac mini for it.

Also, you can set it up so it streams all your videos over the internet so you can see them anywhere in the world with any computer (or iPodTouch or iPhone)
