Remember all the hype with Meerkat and then Periscope killed it and then the hype died off? Twitter never really did make the most of Periscope.

The one thing I am going to miss is the world view to see the current live streams. I don’t think Twitter has that? If it does someone please tell me how to see that.

I had enjoyed Periscope. It was a fun live feed app and much better than Facebook Live. Twitter has not done anything with it, but to close it. 🙄

I'd say they knew exactly what they were doing when they acquired Periscope - they were killing off a competitor.

I remember being obsessed with Periscope. I believe I was one of the first people to start live-streaming my refrigerator, which later became a viral trend within the app. 😂

Who else remembers the fridge craze?
