Hello.... I am running OS 10.11.4 El Capitan on a Mac Pro Tower.

After clonning several drives, a couple of the drives are now booting up with a TextEdit App.....It says... Perl Text v. 7.3 (see attached screen shot). I can not tell what program this is or why it is always pulling up at start up after booting. Can someone tell me what this is, what program it is, and how to get rid of it at start up?

Carbon Copy Clonner v. 4.1.6

Thank You!
Reesche

Look in System Preferences in the Users & Groups pane under your user name, then go to Login Items and see if anything there looks like it would be launching this.

If you can't find it there, reboot and once the item launches, leave it running, then run the app Etrecheck. That will create an anonymized report showing all launch items. If you don't see it there, you can post the Etrecheck report here for us to look.

I can't think of anything about a CCC clone that would cause this.
