Permanent Transfer of Music From iCloud to iPhone?

It seems that virtually all of my music, both purchased through iTunes and music that I already owned, is on iCloud. It takes too long to load on my devices- iPhone, iPad and iMac. I also subscribe to iMatch.

How can I download the music back onto my devices?

Turn off iTunes Match and sync just like you used to.
