On my 27" iMac, the Office/Word 2008 documents I compose are routinely too small for my vision, ergo, I change the display size to 125%. And that works great -- as long as it lasts.

But after quitting Office, Word always reverts back to 100%. :(

I have been unable to find a setting that will permanently set the size to 125%, so I am hoping that a local wizard or wizardess will have the cure.

All thoughts, guesses, & musings are most welcome.

Ah, you professionals always make it look easy. Truly, your time and expertise are appreciated.

Indeed many thanks for rising to the occasion. I had been mucking about for far too long, and whilst I found many other ways of saving things, I was at a loss re Macros. You saved the day.

    Bravo! :D

    You're very welcome! :)

It'd be nice if Microsoft added a preference option to set a default zoom setting for new documents. Less hoops to jump through.
