Perpetual Kernel Panics...What Gives?

    Not sure what the issue is, and I am not as technically inclined as I wish I was...hoping I could come with an answer from someone here if I post the the report log?

    This installation has been tossed through Migration Assistant across: 2009 Mac Mini, 2011 Macbook Air, 2009 Macbook Pro x2.

    I'm not past doing a full reinstall, but was hoping to avoid it...

    I guess that is the offending kext, try to find references for that and which hardware is affected.

    I'd trying a full install of the OS and then perhaps a manual reinstall. It may be that you're dragging old cruft from prior installs and that could be causing problems.
