iOS Persian keyboard

My name is Mohsen Hossein pour and I am from Iran
I am a new apple developer and I hope I can be active in this forums, any Iranian folks here?

now back to my question, I wanna write a crossword puzzle app and the words would be in Farsi(Persian), of course I can write a in-app keyboard to support Farsi for my app, but I wanted to ask here if it is possible to change/add keyboards in setting/international/keyboards of iOS or only Apple can do that?

It is not possible to add a Farsi keyboard.

I have the same issue and whenever I am in an apple store I ask the staff "When will apple add Persian keyboard to IOS?" and they say they are sure apple is working on it.
