Personal challenges?

Has anyone received one of the new monthly challenges yet? I thought that the new iOS was supposed to send each person a personalized challenge based on their activity.

Probably because watchOS 4 wasn't available for the entire month.

Still haven’t received one.

Mine never popped up on its own, I went into activity -> achievements and scrolled down to my perfect months and noticed I had 2 Octobers. (One being the challenge).

I also don't have it. I went into activity\achievements and all I have is the perfect month challenge for October.
